What is Panorama?
Panorama  Antiques and Whimsies opened their doors in  
the summer of 1990. Previous to opening,  Mitch and Tom scoured
the country for great vintage pieces until their home bulged with
wondrous artifacts, and their dream of running their own shop was
quickly realized.  They enjoy the quirky , unusual, and, most importantly ,
the whimsical!.
Over the years, Panorama has developed a reputation and individual
flair for Folk Art , both recent  and vintage.

Who is Panorama?
Tom Lawless and Mitch Huett, the proprietors, have a  passion to create nostalgia inspired work,
as well as to locate great vintage folk art  for their shop.  They always aspire to use the old to create
the new. Their creative spirits woke up in the past few years, and they are making up for lost time!  
Mitch's warm and whimsical  work evokes the nostalgia of  times past , and a good play on a word
or  phrase will often find its way into Tom's creations.  Whatever they create, they certainly enjoy the
process, and present it here for your enjoyment.

Where is Panorama?
The shop is part of  Cherokee Antique Row ( www.cherokeeantiquerow.com ), just ten minutes south of downtown St. Louis.  
The area  has many  historic neighborhoods, and Panorama is located in the beautiful Cherokee-Lemp Historic District
